An online petition against the decision by the Balobedu Royal Council's decision to appoint Prince Lekukela as the next King of the Balobedu tribe, has been gaining momentum over the weekend.

It is well known that Queen Masalanabo is the queen-in-waiting after in 2018 Former President Jacob Zuma recognized the Queenship status in the Balobedu tribe after the Tolo Commision.
