Funeka Ngewu, Head of Claims at Momentum Insure, has more than nineteen years’ experience in the financial industry, specifically insurance, with a core focus on client experience and employee development. She has held various management roles including roles in Claims, Administrations Salvage departments.
With various management courses certifications from the Gordon Institute of Business and Rhodes University (in collaboration with Duke CE), and currently pursuing a risk management degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, Funeka’s experience includes, but is not limited to, inbound and outbound call centre management, budgets, service level agreement with service providers, customer service surveys, data analysis, managing information systems(MIS) management and complaints handling.
