Saskatchewan was recently among the worst provinces to perform in a test estimating students school performances, with students in the province ranking second-worst in the country for math scores. Saskatchewan students also under-performed in reading. Michael Zwaagstra is a senior fellow with the Fraser Institute, a public high school teacher and an education policy researcher. He joins Evan to discuss what could be hurting the performance of students in the province.
