If you get busted carrying around bear spray in public, it's going to cost you. The provincial government has created regulations to restrict the possession of bear spray in public urban spaces and prohibit altering bear spray in order to hide or disguise it. Anyone charged under the new regulations could face fines of up to $100,000. Justice Minister and Attorney General Bronwyn Eyre joins Evan.
