Justice Maya has previously been interviewed for the position of Chief Justice, but the President chose Chief Justice Zondo for the job. The team shared their personal experiences with interviews and asked, “in general, have you ever gone for an interview, and you thought you excelled, but you didn’t get the job? Do you think an interview process is a good way to ascertain if someone can do a job?”
