The Godfather Director, Francis Ford Coppola recently spoke about taking the risk of selling his winery to self-finance the $120m budget for Megalopolis. The film has sadly opened dismally at the box office, but he defended himself saying, “I never cared about money. In the end there are so many people when they die that say, ‘I wish I had done this, I wish I had done that. But when I die I’m gonna say ‘I got to do this." Sizwe Dhlomo spoke about a discussion with his friends about going into producing movies and how they are divided on this idea. Would you have done what Coppola did?
