Sizwe Dhlomo made a comment that the cable on his headphones should be on the left-hand side instead of the right. These spurred hundreds of responses, most asking why that matters. The team held a Radio and Sound 101, highlighting that technical specifications are there for a reason. They asked listeners if they adhere to those specifications. For example, they enquired, " when you listen to radio at home or anything else through headphones, do you care that the L is on the left ear and the R is on the right ear?"
