The Proteas Women have received a welcome boost ahead of their upcoming tour to the West Indies.
The seasoned and star all-rounder, Marizanne Kapp, is set to make a return after being rested for the recent tour to Sri Lanka for the Tri-Nations series.
The Free State all-rounder, Miané Smit, has once again cracked the nod and could potentially make her T20 International debut in the Caribbean.
South Africa will face the Windies in three One-Day Internationals as well as three T20 Internationals.
Coach, Mandla Mashimbyi, told OFM Sport that Kapp's experience is invaluable.
