China has imposed a 76 per cent tariff on Canadian canola seed on top of the 100% duties already hitting canola oil and meal since March. Last week, Premier Scott Moe met with Chinese officials who oversee the agency responsible for the tariffs. The Saskatchewan NDP has been critical of the trip, calling it a failure. Premier Scott Moe, Premier of Saskatchewan, joins Evan on the show to talk about that trip, and the current state of canola tariffs.
