This week, we’re thrilled to welcome Nozuko Ntshangase and Khanyisa Mnyaka to the studio—two powerhouse South African coaches, speakers, and change-makers whose work in personal development and empowerment has touched thousands.
Nozuko Ntshangase, born Nozuko Ncayiyane in KwaZulu-Natal, has spent over a decade captivating audiences with her performances on iconic South African television shows such as Skeem Saam, DiepCity, Scandal, The River, Abomama, and Isiphiwo. Known for her depth, versatility, and emotional intensity, she has become a household name in the entertainment industry. Beyond acting, Nozuko is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach, using her expertise to guide individuals—especially women—toward self-love, healing, and personal empowerment. Her Uniquely Me initiative includes motivational speaking, workshops, and her book of the same name, focusing on emotional healing and helping women reclaim their self-worth, particularly in South African townships.
Joining her in this mission is Khanyisa Mnyaka, a certified life coach, TEDx speaker, counselor, and author. For the past five years, Khanyisa has dedicated her work to helping people stop abandoning themselves, set boundaries that honour their peace, and embrace radical self-love. Raised in a strict religious household, Khanyisa intimately understands the struggles of perfectionism and people-pleasing. Through her seminars, coaching programs, wellness retreats, and online community nearing half a million followers, she teaches practical tools for transformation, from mindset shifts to emotional healing. Her signature programs, including one-on-one coaching and the Love Out Loud series, inspire participants to reclaim their confidence, strengthen relationships, and step into their authentic selves.

Together, Nozuko and Khanyisa co-host the Own Your Life seminar—a one-day, life-changing experience designed for South Africans feeling unseen, burnt out, or disconnected. The event combines emotional release, inner child work, live coaching, and practical tools for personal transformation. Attendees can expect tears, breakthroughs, and reconnection as they learn to embrace self-love, set boundaries, and reclaim their personal power.
With both Nozuko’s experience in storytelling and emotional coaching, and Khanyisa’s expertise in self-love and personal development, this seminar promises a powerful, transformative space for growth and healing. Whether you’re seeking clarity, empowerment, or just a fresh start, Own Your Life is a must-attend experience.
