Patricia Profil is a distinguished French regional political
advisor and elected Regional Councillor for La Réunion, a
French overseas department in the Indian Ocean. Serving
as the Regional Advisor Delegate for Regional Cooperation
on Cultural and Sports Policy, she plays a pivotal role in
