Durban friends Brian Fell and Kurtis Kinsey set out to do something most of us wouldn’t dare: a full 42km ruck march, carrying 23kg on their backs! All to spark a bigger conversation and raise awareness for men’s mental health and the message they want every man in South Africa to hear:
“It’s okay not to be okay.”

Their mission is raw, human, and incredibly moving and this Human Rights Day, Andre, Brian and Kurtis are calling on men everywhere to stand together, speak up, and show up for one another.
