Madelein Mkunu is a multilingual Pan-African leader and global influencer dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, inclusive policy development, and Africa’s socio-economic transformation. She is the Founder and President of the Leading Women of Africa (LWA) Group, a pioneering network connecting business and professional women across Africa and the Diaspora. Under her leadership, LWA has become a catalyst for high-impact partnerships and gender-inclusive development strategies across Francophone, Anglophone, and Lusophone regions.

In 2025, she launched Beyond Boundaries, a thought leadership and media platform designed to amplify African women’s perspectives on politics, governance, leadership, business, spirituality, and global affairs. Through strategic storytelling, digital content, and policy dialogue, Beyond Boundaries positions Madelein as a trusted voice in shaping both continental and global narratives.
