Yesterday, the RM of Sherwood council approved Bell Canada's AI data centre. Ray Orb, RM of Sherwood interim reeve and former Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) president, joins the show to explain how the vote worked, since just last month, the RM lost three councillors and its reeve and would not reach a quorum to put something like this to a vote.
