Rodney Trudgeon’s guest on People of Note this week is someone who is a keen promoter of classical music in Cape Town and who is also a singer and presents our opera programme For The Love Of Opera on FMR. That’s Louise Howlett who wears many hats and who is the General manager of the Cape Town Concert Series, Artist Liason for La Motte Wine Estate and she presents the Midweek Sessions at the Church in Greenmarket Square. Apart from that Louise spends a lot of her time helping to promote young artists and concerts in general in and around Cape Town.

People of Note is broadcast on Sunday evening just after the 6 o’clock news and again on Thursday just after the 1pm news.
