Nutritionist Cyndi, from Absolute Health in KZN gave some health advise to an annonymous KZN listener who shared with Stacey and JSbu a dilemma regarding her husbands weight. Anonymous shared that her husband who is obese has been battling weight loss and recently she discovered that he has been cheating on his diet by hiding junk food. Cyndi, stressed that the decision to go on a healthier lifestyle needed to come from her husband for their to be any success. Listen to her advise here.
